A baked oatmeal from heaven. The maple syrup and roasted cinnamon do wonders for an already great recipe! Enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (such as McCormick® Roasted Saigon Cinnamon)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries, or to taste

Instruction:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Beat in milk, butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract; fold in cranberries. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, about 40 minutes.

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Additional milk

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter. Stir into oat mixture until blended., Spoon into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Serve warm with milk.
